We offer free consultation calls. During the consult, we will discuss your observations and determine whether an evaluation and therapy might be needed. We are happy to answer your questions and guide you on what is best for your child.
You don't need a doctor's referral to begin speech therapy. However, it's a good idea to consult your insurance provider to determine if a referral is required for reimbursement if you are submitting a superbill.
Yes. Crecemos Therapy Services accepts Medicaid and Sunshine Health when they are the client’s primary (only) insurance.
Payment for services is due on the day of the session. We accept credit and debit card payments. Clients are kindly requested to keep a credit card on file, which will be charged in accordance with our fee and attendance policy. We are also happy to announce that Crecemos Therapy is a Step Up for Students provider and is now accepting the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA). Yes, an initial evaluation is required to start therapy unless your child has been evaluated by a Speech-Language Pathologist within the past six months.
Crecemos Therapy offers sessions at home, in daycare, or at preschool. This flexibility helps children focus on their goals in a familiar environment.
The duration of the therapy will depend on your child's unique needs. Typically, sessions last between 30 and 60 minutes. We determine the frequency and duration of the therapy after completing the initial evaluation.
Yes. We currently maintain a waiting list. Wait times vary and depend on availability and several factors. Families may request to be added by completing the form in our Contact Us section. At this time, the waiting list is limited to clients who reside in Davenport.
